Happiness- how to achieve it





Happiness is the pleasurable experience that springs from possession of good or the gratification of our desire. It is a way of life and appreciative of who you are. Nobody is happy all the time, but some people are definitely more fulfilled than others because they believe in everything that you do.

There are many things a person must do to embrace true happiness in their lives. We have to learn how to let go of the hate we have in our hearts.

One key to obtaining and maintaining happiness in our lives is to stay away from kept wanting more, raising our standards, make the mistake of believing that we don’t deserve happiness and accept our unhappy state as our destiny.We become happy when we reach the goals we have for our different life style.

Happiness can achieved and maintained when you feel ongoing peace in your heart, sustain a peaceful mind and feel ongoing joy. This ongoing feeling of peace is  referred to as the flow of universal, unconditional love that we can feel in our heart and heal depression and anxiety, we need to sustain our connection in our hearts.

Here are some keys to be happy in our daily life.

  • Smile.
  • Listen to relaxing, uplifting music.
  • Always expect happiness.


The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts: therefore, guard accordingly, and take care that you entertain no notions unsuitable to virtue and reasonable nature. All of us has the right to be happy but it's only up to the persons how to achieve and get it.
